About Tomchei
As we shift from a start-up organization to our “mezzanine” stage, donors like you are central to keeping our community financially stable and thriving.
The “real cost” for each Shtiebel Household is approximately $4,300/year. This gap, common to most communal organizations like shuls, can be filled by your gifts.

These gifts are our way to cover this real cost for each Shtiebel Household and bring in additional funds to support the Shtiebel.

You can join Tomchei with a gift of $10k, $15k, $25k, and $50k. As with all of our ways to give, please schedule a meeting with Rabbanit Fruchter and Neal Strauss, our Interim Executive Director, to build your own Tomchei gift.

A benefit of being part of Tomchei Shtiebel is that you can allocate a portion of your pledge as a flex account for Kiddush and Seudah Shlishit sponsorships throughout the year.

Here is an example breakdown of a Tomchei Shtiebel contribution.

-
Buildership - 40% (General Fund)
-
Focus area - 40% (Examples: Youth programming, learning, Security, and more)
-
Sponsorships - 20% (Kiddush & Chag)
The other ask is to help us develop this initiative so we can open it more broadly in the coming years; we’ll connect for your input and feedback.

Please contact Rabbanit Fruchter or our Interim Executive Director, Neal Strauss, if you're interested in joining the Tomchei Shtiebel Society.
